Primary Loan Criteria
We offer loans from 4.00% to 12.50% fixed interest rate, within a 1year to 10years Repayment. Our loan ranges from $1,000,000.00 to $500,000,000.00 or it equivalent in any currency, with lower interest rate and our conditions are easier to meet. Depending on your compliance to make available the requirements, your funds could be transferred to your resident account within 21 days you open a communication line with us.

Security Location
Our preferred locations are United States and Canada However, as with all other aspects of our approach to lending, we will consider loans on a case-by-case basis and we have completed loans outside the above-mentioned locations.
Preferred Security
We only consider business assets, stocks, bonds, properties, machineries, equipment, certificates of deposits/bank statement or personal assets.
